Part 2
Getting specific about your wishes:

4. Where, when, how and with whom
Think about the times and places you want your wishes to come true.
All the time or some of the time?
You want to be more extrovert and friendly? With everyone?
At work? At home? At parties? When you don't know anyone? With the people you know?
It's easy to make generalisations about what we want - but they tend not to lead to action.
Make your wish specific rather than general and it may be easier to make it come true.
The more specific you can be the greater the chance that it will make you happy when it arrives
(and the more likely you are to notice that it has arrived).

5.Will it be worth it?

When your wish comes true - will it be worth the effort?
- will it be worth the time I've taken
- will it be worth any money I've spent
- will it be worth my sense of self?
This is just a simple check to see if you are on the right track
and whether your wish is what you want - best when it is.
Wishes that other people have for you (although well-intended and helpful)
may not work as well as your wish for yourself. Wish well for others;
but remember that your wish for them may not be
the same as their wish for themselves
